Symptoms

When clicking on a Chatbot tile to open it, the following error occurs:

 

The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

1. Configure Chatbot.

2. Configure Integration Broker (IB).

3. Click on the Chatbot tile to open the chatbot, and observe the error above.

 

Changes

 Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.59
