Spreadsheet Import Template 'Cost Adjustment By Amount' Doesn't Convert Local Currency Amount

Symptoms
When adjusting the Cost of the asset with local currency using spreadsheet template, currency conversion got skipped on foreign currency book.
Steps:
1. Create an asset using express add with AM BU having multi currency books.
2. Review cost history for ADD transaction, the base cost is updated as per base currency of the book.
3. Download the cost adjustment template from Main Menu-> Set Up Financials/Supply Chain>Product Related>Asset Management>Import Spreadsheet Setup>Define AM Spreadsheet Template
4. Provide the Business, Asset ID , Cost , transaction date ,accounting date and rate type in template.
5. Run AM_LOAD process from Main Menu
Asset Management>Send/Receive Information>Import Data via Spreadsheet>Upload Spreadsheet Data.
6. Run AMIF1000 process from below navigation
Asset Management>Send/Receive Information>Interface Transactions>Load into AM
7. Review the Cost History.
