EMM: Able to Delete Previously Posted Time Entry Rows (Doc ID 2807080.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 30, 2021

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Maintenance Management - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After a work order timesheet has been submitted for posting, run through batch processes (Stage Time Entries, PC_EX_TO_PC, PC_PRICING, PSA_ACCTGGL, COST_SUMM), if you add a new row to the new version and save for later, the minus buttons suddenly reappear (where they were not prior) and you are able to delete previously costed out rows and save again.

Times that have been approved should not get deleted.

Steps:

In Technician Workbench, click on the Time Entry link
Click on the “+” icon to add an additional entry
Fill in the required details and click on the “Save For Later” Button
The “-” icon appears for the existing entries and users are able to delete and save successfully
