Goal
Qn1: We do not want to give our end users access to set the User Preferences for the new fluid AP metrics tiles, Voucher Approval Cycle Time, Average Payment Days, and Late Payments. How can these values be preset?
Qn2: Our goal was to set those tiles initially for the users so they would not set them too broadly and slow down the system and once the initial setup is done, our AP user group will most likely will not change the settings, is this reasonable?
