In case of an employee, eligible for source taxing, and working in CHE less than 30 days per month, the Non-Periodic earnings are not being included in Source Tax Base.
The non-periodic earnings (irregular earnings) are accumulated in [AC] CH_TX_04. In case of working days in Swiss less than 30, the earning [ER] CH_TX_WDINCH must be informed in Element Assignment by Payee page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign ER CH_TX_WDINCH 15 days for an employee who is having source tax.
2. Add one time PI (non-periodic payment) which is part of AC CH_TX_04
3. Check the irregular payment that is part of the source tax and it will not be prorated
