E-FLUID: After Upgrading from Pt 8.57 to 8.58, the Fluid-enabled System Does Not Show the Default Fluid Homepage. (Doc ID 2807421.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading People Tools from 8.57 to 8.58 and configuring the system to use Fluid Branding, the system continues to display the old classic Homepage.

Branding has been set up to be Fluid in the Branding system options page.

Menu --> PeopleTools--> Portal--> Branding --> Branding system options

Also, Personalizations for Define Personalizations have been set to Fluid for HPPC PTHOMEPAGE

Menu --> PeopleTools--> Personalizations

The system displays the old classic homepage.

Changes

 Customer upgraded from PT8.57 which had classic branding to PT8.58 Fluid.
