Symptoms

When using Template Based hire to hire an employee, the transaction is submitted however the following error can be seen on the Transaction Errors Details page:

Message: Missing Benefit Program (Job Effdt: 2021-09-09, Benefit System: BN, Pay System: NA) (100,131)
Error Saving Component Interface. {HCR_JOB_DATA_EMP_SRV} (91,37)
Error Saving Component Interface. See Exception Array for details. (18016, 107)


Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Smart HR Template > Smart HR Transactions > Smart HR Transactions
2. Select a template and click the Create Transaction button to start a transaction using the Smart HR process.
3. Click the Transaction Status link at the bottom of the page to access the Transaction Status page and view transactions

Notice the error message above is listed.
