Student Refund Page Crashes If The Student's Address Is Incorrectly Formatted (Doc ID 2807666.1)

Symptoms

When creating a Student Refund the user is logged out when the Postal Code in the selected emplid address is incorrect.

PSPAL.79595: Abort: Unrecoverable signal received


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Student Financials > Refunds > Student Refund

  1. Enter the student emplid
  2. Check the box for the items to be Refunded
  3. Enter the Refund Item Type
  4. Select the Address Type with the incorrect POSTAL code
  5. The user is booted out of the system
