Symptoms
Unable to update in the Control Chartfield tab on Budget Definitions after updating to image 39 .The below error occurs
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Commitment Control>Define Control Budgets>Budget Definitions
2. Click the Control ChartField Tab
3. Change Control Chartfield Option (ex. from 'Track with Budget' to 'Control'
4. Click Save - it will buffer for a while
5. Error message will display
