Symptoms

Since upgrading from image 26 to 39 users are unable to open attachment on  Account Reconciliation Page which were attached prior upgrade.Getting below error



Replication Steps
---------------------
1) Create Account Reconciliation
2) Create a workbench
3) Attach Documents
4) Submit for approval
5) Log in as approver
6) Open Attachment
