EGL9.2:Spreadsheet JRNL1_WS - Line Reference And Description Fields Length Issue (Doc ID 2807882.1)

The validation does not work on these fields (Line Reference And Description) if they are in a different column order than those delivered one. 

Steps to replicate:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the latest Spreadsheet Journal Template files and configure the JRNL1_WS
2. Use Chartfield Configuration button and change the Line Reference field from position 25 to 24
3. Create a new Journal and populate the Reference Line field with more than 10 characters as it is its limit.
4. There is no pop up warning message saying that "Max Reference Length is 10"
