Symptoms
When attempting to add a facility on the schedule of classes the following error occurs.
SetID not found for name='INSTITUTION', value='' with record 'FACILITY_TBL', tree ''. (2,214) FUNCLIB_CS.FACILITY_ID.FieldFormula Name:check_table_conflict PCPC:11671 Statement:171
Called from:CLASS_MTG_PAT.FACILITY_ID.SaveEdit Statement:14
The PeopleCode built-in function GetSetID has been called with parameters that were not found in the table set definitions.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Curriculum Management => Schedule of Classes => Schedule Class Meetings
2. Add a facility on the meeting tab
3. Error received
