ABMGT/TL: ABSENCE EVENTS WHICH CREATE PRIOR PERIOD ADJUSTMENTS ARE NOT PROPERLY LOADED TO TL
(Doc ID 2808354.1)
Last updated on MAY 03, 2022
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Time and Labor - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Issue 1: occurs when there are multiple absences mapped to the same TRC. If absence requests exist where one of those absences is presented to Time and Labor as a Prior Period Adjustment (retro absence) the retro absence will be dropped and not sent to TL.
Issue 2: occurs if the TL rules and Absence formulas are set such that one absence could, under certain conditions, create different TRCs. Under this setup, there may be a scenario in which all the TRCs will be created, as opposed to the one which meets the rule/formula condition.
