Symptoms
Pushback button is grayed out for Reported Time transactions on the Fluid approvals page even after Pushback is enabled under Mobile Approval options.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Login as a Manager via Fluid with pending Reported Time to be approved.
2. Drill down on one selected Employee’s Timesheet. Note: Pushback button is not displayed on the Timesheet only Approve and Deny.
3. Navigate to Mobile Approval Options and enable Pushback for Reported time.
4. Now Manager goes back and pull up the same Pending Approval transaction. Note: Pushback button is displayed, but it is grayed out.
