EProcurement Requisition Account Is Not Updated If The Item Category Is Updated

Symptoms
EProcurement requisition account is not updated when the item category is changed in the Requisition line
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1)Create a ePro special requisition on behalf of some other requestor and submit for approval(Click Requisition Tile >Create a special request>Click on the cart, checkout and submit)
2)Edit the requisition which is submit for approval and change the category
3)Verify if account is updated in req distribution or not.
Even though the new item category has a different account mapped it is not getting updated in the distribution line.
