Manager Self Service Transaction Approval Page Does Not Show Reason For Data Change Transactions (Doc ID 2808470.1)

Symptoms

After Submitting a Data Change transaction, when viewing the Approval Details the Reason field is not displayed in the Summary Section.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager Self Service homepage > Approvals tile
2. On Pending Approvals page, locate Data Change transaction where the Reason is displayed
3. Drill into transaction and note Reason is missing
