Symptoms
Schedule/Manage Interview Icon is Available for applicant dispositions where flexible recruiting process does not allow i.e the interview icon is available to a recruiter or hiring manager for an applicant with disposition "OFFER" when the available actions configured on flexible recruiting process is "Hire" and 'Reject"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a recruiter or hiring manager
2. Navigate to a job opening with applicants
3. Prepare and submit a job offer for an applicant whose disposition is applied.
4. Log in as an approval to approve the offer
5. Log in as the recruiter/hiring manager to extend and post the offer to applicant
6. Notice that the applicant applied disposition changes to Offer
