Preventive Maintenance Process (WM_PM) run longer than expected and stuck on one step, WM_PM_LBR.PMREC.CHECKDUP
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps
1. Navigate to Maintenance Management > Preventive Maintenance > PM schedule Management Setup > PM Schedule
2. Add a new schedule.
3. Run WM_PM process ( Maintenance Management > Preventive Maintenance > Run Preventive Maintenance Process)
