Third Party Contracts Will Not Add Additional Charges To The Payment. (Doc ID 2808993.1)

Symptoms

Additional Charges are not being assigned to a Third Party Contract.

A student has tuition calculated and then the student was assigned to a Third Party Contract (TPC) . The TPC appropriately paid the Charges. The student enrolled in another class and tuition was calculated posting an additional Charge to the student account. The new Charge was not paid by the TPC.

It is expected the TPC will automatically pay the additional Charge.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Setup a Third Party Contract for the current Term
  2. Calculate tuition.
  3. Assign a student to the TPC
  4. Enroll the student in another class
  5. Re-calculate tuition
  6. Check the student account, new Charges are not paid by the TPC.
