ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Employees with multiple jobs are getting multiple checks, but Single Check for Multiple Jobs is on so the employees
with multiple jobs should be getting single checks
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply PUM Image 38 to a copy of the Production environment
2. Review Employee Paychecks after the pay is run
- Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Review Paycheck
3. Employees with Multiple Jobs receive multiple checks
