Occasionally there may be a desire to perform an administrative task on ISIR Suspense Management for an older aid year where the component is no longer available to access, since only the three most recent years can be accessed, and the older years are moved to History where they are view only.

For example, in one case a school discovered an application that was assigned to the wrong emplid, and wanted to un-link the Emplid. What is the proper procedure to handle this type of situation, if the user does not have access to update the record on the older year ISIR Suspense Management?
