"Field does not exist -- REQ_DFLT_TBL.BUYER_ID" Error When Entering EPro Fluid Express Entry (Doc ID 2809375.1)

Symptoms

REQ_DFLT_TBL.BUYER_ID field does not exist error when entering ePro fluid Express Entry.

For a requester that does not have a default buyer on their user preferences, the system throws a "REQ_DFLT_TBL.BUYER_ID field does not exist" error after tabbing out of the item description field an ePro fluid Express Entry.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Removed the Buyer value from VP1’s user preferences as we are mimicking a requestor’s profile which normally will not have the Buyer field populated on their user preferences.
2. Created a fluid requisition using Express Entry
3. Entered Item Description and tab out of the field. The system throws the following error:
