Symptoms

Searching a company name when the name includes an apostrophe gives a SQL error at the Change Request Approval Page

Steps:
1) Create a new Customer and ensure the name includes an apostrophe.
     Navigation:Customers > Customer Information > General Information
2) Open the Change Request Approval page and enter the Company Name as above
     Navigation: Suppliers > Supplier Change Request > Change Request Approval
3) Click Search.

Encounter an error- "A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details."

Followed with subsequent error message- "Error in PeopleCode ScrollSelect Processing (2,213) SUP_OB_APR_WRK.SEARCH_BTN.FieldChange"
