Symptoms

For Report Name: BENERSTMTVW - Review Enrollment Online (Data Source ID: BEN_CF_STATEMENT) the standard character length allowed for a name in each section of form should allow for 30 characters name length minimum before truncation begins. The character length allowed for the Dependent and Beneficiary names is consistent for each column on the Enrollment Preview Statement> Print View. In the last section BENEFICIARIES DESIGNATIONS, a Beneficiary name with a character length exceeding 21 characters pushes the values into the Primary Allocation column.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Benefits Enrollment Activity Guide (Employee Self Service> Open Enrollment)
2. On the Dependent/Beneficiary Info Step add a Dependent/Beneficiary whose name length is 30 characters
3. Add the Dependent as a Beneficiary on Basic Life Plan
4. Click on Enrollment Preview Statement> Print View
5. Under Dependent / Beneficiaries review how the name is displayed in the column
6. Under Beneficiaries Designations under Beneficiary notice that name pushes into the Primary Allocation Column
