CS 9.2 Missing Message catalog Entries 597 for Message Set 14770

This may effect the Browse Catalog functionality in Self Service

Steps to reproduce:

1. Peopletools -> Utilities -> Administration -> Message Catalog

2. Search for Message Set 597, and note it is not found

3. Navigate to Browse Catalog in Self Service, note that you may see a message of Message not found on some catalog enteries

PUM 22 was applied
