Symptoms

When attempting to attach a file to Proposals using the attachments tab of Maintain Proposal component, an error is received.

Replication Steps:

  1. Navigate to Grants > Proposals > Maintain Proposal - Attachments tab.
  2. Try to attach a file.
  3. Receive the above error.
