EPY: Payroll Analyst Sees Second Row in Search Results for an Employee With Two Paychecks in Review Self Service Paycheck (Doc ID 2810598.1)

Symptoms

One payroll user cannot see all recent paychecks in Review Self Service Paycheck, the page goes to the second row.
The results state they are seeing 1-10 of the current rows for the employee, but the navigation arrow shows there is an additional row previous to the search results
The user can use navigation buttons to see the first row.  This is only affecting certain users, what is happening?


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Super User for Payroll searches for an employee's paycheck(Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > -> Review Self Service Paycheck) 
2. Search results for the employee show 1-10 results showing, but one paycheck is missing and the < arrow is available to go to Row 1.
