The Reason Code Window is not Displayed when the User Creates the Change Order to Requisition (Doc ID 2810625.1)

Symptoms


The reason code window is not displayed when the user creates the change order to requisition

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > Purchasing > Purchasing Definition > Enter Business Unit
    Click Req Change Options
    Change Track Option : A
    Change Template : STANDARD
2. Navigate : eProcurement > Create requisition
    Add an item
    Save and submit
3. Navigate : Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update POs
    Use Copy option to copy the requisition
    Save and Dispatch it
4. Navigate : eProcurement > Manage Requisitions
    Search the Requisition
    Select Edit option from the drop down list
    Click Go
    Add new item
    Save and submit

Issue : The Change track was created but no Reason Code Window populated to get the reason for the change order
