E-AD: Peoplecode Debugger Hover Inspect Feature on PT.8.58.07 (Doc ID 2810810.1)

Symptoms

Customers noticed that prior to upgrade 8.58.07, they can see and use the Hover Inspect feature. But after being upgraded to PT.8.58.07 the Hover Inspect Feature is not enabled (by default).

Steps:
--------
1. Login into Application designer
2. Open the Component and go to component Peoplecode.
3. Enable Debug option in the component PeopleCode and use the hover inspect feature.
