Plan Type Description on the Fluid Benefits Summary Page Is Not Current Based on the Selected Date (Doc ID 2810825.1)

Symptoms

When a new long description is added for a Plan Type on the Translate Values table, it displays on the employee’s enrollment page and on the Fluid Benefits Enrollment overview page. However, if the employee checks benefits on the Fluid Benefits Summary page, the description that displays is the one that was effective as of the Coverage Begin and/or the Deduction Begin Date of the current enrollment record.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Add a new effective-dated row for existing Plan Type on Translate Values table (Navigation: PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > Translate Values).
     2. Check the employee's Fluid Benefit Summary (Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Benefits Summary tile).
