When using classic components that use related content attached user are seeing the following OnReadyState error:

Issue occurs in Chrome and Edge version 94 (chromium) browsers. This does not occur in IE11, Safari, Firefox, or in older Chromium browser versions.

Chrome or Edge was updated to version 94+.
