E-DPK: PT-INFRA Installation with HCM PUM Image 39 Native OS Linux Fails with "Wrong number [2] of zip files found for PeopleSoft PeopleTools INFRA DPK" Error (Doc ID 2810897.1)

When attempting to install PT-INFRA DPK with HCM PUM Image 39 Native OS Linux the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. download PT-INFRA dpk files
2. copy PT-INFRA dpk files to DPK_INSTALL folder
3. apply workaround from E-DPK: ERROR : Linux distribution [Rhel] is not supported (Doc ID 2783333.1)
4. stop the domains
5. run sh psft-dpk-setup.sh --psft_base_dir /opt/oracle/psft --apply_infra_cpu (Task 3-2-4: Applying the PT-INFRA DPKs to the PeopleSoft Update Image Environment)
6. observe the error
