Symptoms


For Roundtrip suppliers, the system logs the user out of Peoplesoft when doing a requisition for a web supplier (roundtrip) in Chrome browser.

 

Steps to Reproduce the issue:

  1. Log into the PeopleSoft application.
  2. Navigate to the eProcurement>Create Requisition page and try to connect with the third party supplier (Roundtrip supplier).
  3. The users are able to shop at the supplier site, and when they try to return the cart back to PeopleSoft, they see the blank page or they are logged out of PeopleSoft.
