E-PN/IB/IH: After Setting Up Push Notifications in CS, FSCM, and HCM, Notifications do not Appear in Portal/Interaction Hub (Doc ID 2810910.1)

Symptoms

Site is attempting to set up PeopleTools (PT) 8.58 Push Notifications (PN) originating in Campus Solutions (CS), HCM, and FSCM so they appear in Interaction Hub (IH)/Portal. They followed all instructions in PeopleBooks and other Oracle documentation. Push is working between content databases, and Push Notifications are set up and working within CS, HCM, and FSCM standalone. However, Push Notifications originating from CS, HCM, or FSCM are not showing up in the IH Notifications display.

Steps to replicate:
----------------------
1. Set up Push/Push Notifications in the different environments.

2. Log into PIA in CS, HCM, and FSCM in turn, and perform an action that triggers a Push Notification.
    Perform a test using the following:
      a. PeopleTools > Workflow > Defaults and Messages > Worklist/Email Messages
      b. Select Worklist button and choose the recipient user(e.g. VP1), add a test title message and a test note.
      c. Click Save.
      d. Check if recipient receives the push notification

3. Log into IH, and observe that the Push Notifications originating from CS, HCM, or FSCM are not showing up in the IH Push Notifications flag.
