Authorization Error 'You are not authorized to view approval information. (10320,690)' when Click on Push Notification Supplier Change Registration (SCR) Link (Doc ID 2811200.1)

Symptoms

In the employee portal when supplier change request (SCR) is requesting more information, the requestor gets worklist and push notification. On clicking the link in push notification or worklist it gives authorization error

ERROR

When a SCR request is approved or denied, the requestor gets a push notification. On clicking the push notification it gives the same authorization error.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Login as VP1 in EMPLOYEE portal and create a supplier change request
Navigation Suppliers>Supplier Change Request>Initiate Supplier Change
2. Login as VP2 and request more information
Navigation Suppliers>Supplier Change Request> Manage Request Approval
Open Request supplier change request and press on <Request More Information> button.
Add reason and Comment.
3. Login as VP1 and review the Approval Request Information
4. Open Link with supplier change request SCR_ID like below example
SCR_SUPPLIER, 54, SHARE, 1900-01-01, N, 0, SCR_ID:000000000000009
Error triggered: You are not authorized to view approval information. (10320,690)
After this, user cannot do any other action and cannot continue with the approval supplier change request.
