E-AS: Error when Opening a Posted Report "UnAuthorized Token Has Been Detected By The System" (Doc ID 2811309.1)

Symptoms

 Users are kicked out of the system when opening a posted report.  When clicking on a link to view a report from Report Manager the user is signed out of their session and presented with the following error message on the signon page.
