Symptoms
Employees using Classic Benefit Enrollment receive a PeopleCode error on the page when editing a Dependent and un-checks the Dependent's Same Address as Employee checkbox.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a Classic employee and Select Self Service > Benefits > Benefits Enrollment.
2. Select Edit for Medical Plan and Scroll down to dependents and Click Add/Review dependents.
3. Click Add/Edit a dependent or beneficiary.
4. Uncheck the same address as employee checkbox to see the error.
