Goal

In IT Subsidy cases, the Additional Data tab, Absence Events (ESP) page allows user to indicate the Benefit Eligibility by selecting the No Benefits option, but for the AT/EP case, this field is not enabled.

How should the AT absence event be marked when there are no benefits for this absence event?
