E-IB: "CloudSite not set in Integration.Properties file" When Posting a Message to the RESTListeningConnector (Doc ID 2812092.1)

Symptoms

A PeopleSoft provider REST service stopped working after applying a PeopleTools (PT) 8.58.xx patch. The following error is seen in the Integration Broker (IB) errorLog.html when invoking the REST service in PT 8.58.

 



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create the custom REST service.

2. Post a REST message to the PeopleSoft Integration Gateway.

3. Observe the error above.
