Symptoms
The latest Project ID is not populated for the punchout items on Requisitions page
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : Items > Define Controls > Item Categories
Add new effective dated row for the category
2. Navigate : eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain Supplier Integration > Linked Suppliers
Select the web supplier
Click Supplier Properties
Enter the Category ID
3. Navigate : eProcurement > Requisition
Create requisition
Add web supplier item
Go to Line
Click Expand icon to see the accounting details
Check the Profile ID
Issue : New effective dated row data is not populated for Project ID
