When an Employee Drops a Covered Dependent from Plan Type 1X Plan Selects a Different Dependent for Coverage then Changes Plans, the Original Dependent Is Selected Once Again (Doc ID 2812450.1)

Symptoms

In Fluid Benefit Enrollment, a dependent has coverage for a Health Plan removed (the check mark is removed). When a new dependent is then added followed by selection of a different Plan, the check mark is restored, setting the dependent as covered once again.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Navigate to Employee Self Service homepage > Open Enrollment tile, Benefits Enrollment step, Health Plan card selected.
     2. Delete a dependent from coverage.
     3. Add a new dependent.
     4. Return to election page.
     5. Change benefit plan selected.
