Getting "No assigned catalog or catalog security enabled. (18036,11515)" on Category prompt on existing requisition line on ePro requisition Checkout page.

Replication Steps:
1.eProcurement > Create Requisition on Express Item Entry
3.enter item description, qty, uom, category, price, click Add to Cart Checkout, get Checkout page with req summary and cart summary showing the req lines
5.on req lines, when try to change Category by clicking on Category prompt get error message, "No assigned catalog or catalog security enabled. (18036,11515)"
