ePerformance Idea: Possibility to Inform Only the Manager When the Administrator creates the Performance Document and Update on the Notification (Doc ID 2812718.1)

On the ePerformance installation page, it is possible to enable e-mail  notifications.
For example, the user can decide if a notification e-mail will be sent when a document was created.

The option is:  "Manager or Employee". However, the e-mail is always sent to both the manager and the employee, meaning it shouldn't be 'employee OR manager'.

Steps to replicate the issue:


1. Navigate to Setup HCM> Install > Product specific > ePerformance Installation

Check the following selection "Document was created by HR (Recipient is Manager or Employee)"

2. As an Administrator navigate to Workforce Development > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Create Documents

Notice: The notification e-mail is sent both to the Manager and Employee

As delivered, if the employee is not part of the evaluation and only the manager is part of the evaluation, then when the document is created only the manager is notified.

The customer raised the following Idea on MOS Community Space in order for the Administrators to have the option to send email notification only to the manager even though the Employee is part of the Evaluation.
