Symptoms

Outlook integration showing incorrect start and end times for users when the session start and end times cross over days in different timezones.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enroll in course that has session times that cross dates for user's local timezone.
2. Go to the course and click 'Add to Calendar' button to download the .ics file.
3. Use the .ics file to add to Outlook.
