Attachment File Not Showing Up, When Clicking On View Attachments Second Time During Supplier Registration (Doc ID 2812871.1)

Symptoms


Attachment file not showing up, when clicking on View attachments the second time during Supplier Registration.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Create a Supplier Registration and add attachment files on it. (Supplier Portal>Supplier Public Homepage> click on the User Registration Tile>Register As a Supplier> Register now> at the Identifying Information step click on the Add Attachment link which opens the Add Attachment window and add the attachment file)
  2. Then follow the train stop until you submit the Supplier Registration.
  3. Then check the attachment file: Suppliers>Supplier Change Request> Review/Edit Request> Open your Registration ID> click on View Attachment. At this moment,just opening the View attachment hyperlink the first time, we can see the attachment in the Add Attachment window.
  4. Then click on the cross sign to close the "Add Attachment" window and then open it again, at this moment the attachment file vanishes.
