E-CRM: Recipient not Searchable in Case Outbound Notification

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are not able to search employees to send notification from a case.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Open an existing Case from HelpDesk > HR HelpDesk > Search Cases
- Click 'Notification' button
- Click 'Add Recipients'
- Enter First Name and Last Name and click Search
No row returns.
