E-CRM: Recipient Search Returns No Results on Case Outbound Notification Add Recipient Page (Doc ID 2812947.1)

Symptoms

Users are not able to search employees to send notification from a case.

In the Case Outbound notification, Add Recipient page, when users try to search for recipient no results return in the search.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Open an existing Case from HelpDesk > HR HelpDesk > Search Cases
  2. Click 'Notification' button
  3. Click 'Add Recipients'
  4. Enter First Name and Last Name and click Search

        No row returns.
