When Using Fluid Pages in ePro After Upgrade to PT 8.58 Getting "First operand of . is NULL, so can not access member xxxx" Which Indicates That the Component Interface Is Losing Value (Doc ID 2813272.1)

Symptoms

On 9.2 Image 37, Upgrade to PT 8.58.05, Component Interfaces

When using FLUID pages in eProcurement, starting with the first entry screen/page and onwards, PV_PROCURE_REQ_V3_CI Component Interface is used in various locations of the underlying PeopleCode. Users navigating through/using these pages sometimes observe the below error which indicates that the CI is losing value on different pages.

ERROR:

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member VENDOR_ID.
PV_MOB_SPECIAL_REQ.Activate PCPC: 13516 Statement: 136


STEPS:

1. Home Menu click on Requisitions Tile
2. Left menu click on Special Requests (Purchase Requisitions)
3. Get the above error
