Missing Field Labels When Viewing Requisition Details On A Mobile Device (Doc ID 2813567.1)

Symptoms

When viewing the Requisition details on a mobile device there are missing field labels for Quantity and Unit of Measure.

Steps:
1. Log in using a mobile device
2. Open the eProcurement page
    Employee self service homepage -> eProcurement tile
3. Open My Requisition page. Search for any requisition
4. Click on Detail (>) icon to see any requisition detail
5. Go to the line details to see Quantity and UOM labels missing and 'Line State' and 'Total Amount' labels wrapped.
