Symptoms
While applying Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Image # 11, when creating supplier contract CS_DOC_POC_VW view, it is triggered an error:
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Apply image 11 on top of image 5
2. While running 'Create view' steps under Finalizing Database Structure section for many views including SPF_WO_PGC1_VW view, where got the above error
