The User Id Mentioned As a Contact In The Supplier Change Template Setup Page Is Not Receiving Any Notification When Pressing On Contact Us Link While Submitting A Supplier Change Request (Doc ID 2813999.1)

Symptoms

When a user from Employee Portal initiate supplier change request on behalf of another user then press on contact Us and enter a valid Email address and a message content, then press Send, there is no notification being sent.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 

  1. From Employee Portal navigate to : Suppliers>Supplier Change Request>Initiate Supplier Change
  2. On the welcome page press on "contact Us"
  3. A new page will open , add the email id and the message content and press send.
  4. Notice that there is no message sent to any user.
